I am working as a caregiver since Sept 2003 up to present and want to apply for permanent residence visa. As it was mentioned in the guide that You must have completed these two years of employment within three years of your arrival in Canada, however, from that 3 years of stay I have only completed 23 months of employment as my previous employer didnt pay my tax before.
Is it possible for me to apply for permanent residence visa though i lack one month of employment? please help me....thanks
