Subject: Timeline
  My company is sending me on a long term assignment to China and it would be helpful to know if the time I am planning on traveling whether it will coincide with my Canadian PR being issued. So here is my question on timeline.

On average, how long does it take between:
Submitting medicals to CIC & CIC Buffalo requesting for passport to stamp the visa and then how long does it take for them to return the passport?
