1. Is it possible while ur immigration is in process (Initial stage
just received AOR)
2. Is there any advantage as my sister she is immigrant of Canada

If you require a visa to visit Canada it will be very difficult for you to get one while you have an application for PR in process. Sorry.

Yes you can get a visit visa while your application is in process - I´ve done it. It helps to have a convincing reason.
