| Subject: Required Canada Landing & I-485 in process |

Dear Friends,
Currently my I-485 (green card) application is pending, AP ( advance payrole) application is also pending since last month, I am required to do landing before may 2007, my current H-1B visa is valid uptil March 22, 2007, and my H1-B extension papers are also pending since last 2 months.
Please provide your advise on which is the appropriate action to do:-
1. Go on H-1B visa now for landing and come back to US on visa stamp that is valid till March 22, 2007, the only fear i have is that if the immigration officer looks at the visa validity, he might could ask more questions to prove the stay in US beyond visa validity, and then i only could show him the H1-B extension paper receipt.
2. Wait for AP (Advance Parole) to come, and come back to US using that, the fear I have is that the officer might could ask me to withdraw canadian residency because green card is also pending.
3. Wait for H1-B extension approval, and come back to US using Automatic revalidation, is there any risk in that?

1. They WILL look, forget about it!
2. Yes, this would work IF AP is approved.
3. Yes, this would work too IF H1-B is approved, no risk.
Worst case scenario:
Let´s say the deadline to land were tomorrow and..
- AP is not approved yet, and..
- H1B ext. is not approved yet, and..
- I-485 still pending,
..then decide which country you would like to live in.

1. Would work IF H1-B still valid and you land before it expires.

You better stay in US if your I-485 approved. Anyway, you will stay in USA.
