We have been called for interview and the letter says that we should bring our bank statements, employment letter etc. Also surprised to note they asked us to download the forms and fill it up again.
We submitted all this information when we initially applied, so do we have to take it again?? Or is it a standard letter they send to every one, we can use our discretion as we submitted every thing that is required.
Can anyone please give us their input and guidance? Also are there any web sites available on Canadian immigration interviews?

yep, you need fill the form again, even though it´s the same information, what happens is CIC just wants to have an updated information.
We all realize that from applied to IA is at least one year or more in some offices..
situation is changed sometimes.
Only diamond is forever.

Which form(s) were you asked to download and update? Schedule 3 maybe?
Departure Bay is right, some forms may contain outdated information: i.e. you lost your job. If you update some information, they may even give you more points at the end of the day, for example when you gather more years of work experience.
Send whatever they requested from you. Leave your discretion alone, follow CIC´s request without delay.

Thank you. Luckily I have saved the forms in PDF format I will just have to update it. My timeline is applied June 2004 to London CIC, interview will be held in March 2007.
Will keep up posted.

When you say your interview is March 07, when did they tell you that? Was it recently or ages ago?
Only we applied in Sept 04 to London and have just sent updated info to them and still no word.
