Subject: Immigration to Canada
  Hi Guys,

Me and my wife are planning on submitting PR Application for Canada. I have been in US for 1 year. Is there a minimum time that i must remain in USA after I file my application .. What if I go back to my country in say...July07...Will the PR application still hold good. Are there any issues here? Please help me on this concern!!

One more question:
Do I have to provide the following documents:

College or university documents: certification of completion and the
graduation degree ARE BOTH OF THESE REQUIRED? IS IT OK IF I ONLY HAVE THE DEGREE? WILL IT WORK

Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in universitysealed envelopes. DOES THIS ALSO NEED TO BE PROVIDED???? CAN A FINAL YEAR MARKSHEET WHICH LISTS THE SUBJECTS ALSO WORK??

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Sunny,

No issues, you are a free man to leave the US anytime, for any period of time, but you must be able to return to the United States IF called for an interview! If you are being called for an interview and you can´t show up, then your application will probably be denied.

Provide copies of all your university diplomas. If in a different language, make sure you get a certified English or French translation.

No, you cannot replace the original transcripts with anything. You MUST provide these transcripts in an envelope sealed by your university. You are not allowed to open this envelope under any circumstances! Keep it the way it is, sealed, even if it is in a different language. The "SEALED" part of it is crucial! Send it to CIC the same way you receive it: that is SEALED!

Good Luck!
