Thank you for the overwhelming response from other victims of ATO Immigration Services and M.B. Wanli aka Mohammed B. Wanli.
I am very sorry to hear from so many other victims of this man.
Below is a list of Proof that has unveiled itself from this Warning:
M.B. Wanli is now using the "Georgia Straight" in Vancouver to post his advertising.
To find the extent of this man activities please

Click on ?Search Civil? put in the name ?Mohammed
Wanli?
You will find some 40 entries (the most ever in BC)
where he is involved in civil litigation. He is
neither a lawyer (www.lawsociety.bc.ca) nor a member of
CSIC (Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants)
(www.csic-scci.ca) . Check with either organization.
In fact, there was a BC Court order forbidding him to
practice law in BC. in 2000.
?Mohammed B. Wanli, a non-lawyer of Vancouver, B.C.,
was charging fees for drafting documents in family law
matters. B.C. Supreme Court Chief Justice Donald
Brenner has ruled that Mr. Wanli cannot give legal
advice or provide legal representation to clients?
Check BC Supreme Court file 21925 where he pleads
guilty to 4 counts of theft/fraud on March 29, 2004.
Check the Better Business Bureau of BC www.bbbvan.org
and put in ATO immigration. He has been named an
?unsatisfactory? record and 9 negative unresolved
counts.
He is wanted in the United States and there is a
Federal Warrant out for his arrest and deportation if
he returns there. He als served jail time there.
Two major financial institutions have closed his accounts and refuse
to do business with this man because of his
activities, so even businesses are attempting to do
their part in stopping him.
He went bankrupt once and is attempting it a second time, but it looks like the court is not allowing it.

This is not the right place where you should have raised your concern. There are normal channels, if you wish to go to..if you, genuinely, wish to proceed. What you are saying here is unsolicited and baseless. It is even illegal. Importantly, it is not in anyone else´s interst in this forum.
By repeating attacks and posts, you risk the confidence of all members here, even if you are telling the truth. I am not surprised, when I see sharon is cheering you up.

These are GREAT POSTS!! I have two friends who were screwed by this jackass. The list keeps growing. He´s says he can get you a U.S. Visa but he can´t do anything. It´s my understanding he´s in big trouble with the law, too. This guy´s victims include single women, senior citizens, and innocent people who don´t know the law. I´ve investigated other posts and they all check out. This guy is a scam artist. My friends have tried to get their money back but so far all they´ve gotten is the run around and more legal fees. Stay away from this jerk. He is BAD NEWS!!! Hopefully the law will catch up with him soon.

I wish this post had happened a year ago. M. B. Wanli is a complete con artist. He screwed over my girlfriend and me. I see now that there a lots of victims. ?ATO Immigration Services? was listed first in the phone book so we called him up. Wanli had an answer for everything and conned us into his ?free consultation.? He started to trash our old lawyer saying he could do a better job. He said he previously worked for US immigration which is a total lie. He took over $3000.00 of our money and $5000.00 from our friends who saw him too. He DID NOTHING for any of us, now we?re all trying to get our money back. His name is all over the Vancouver small claims court. Clearly he?s screwed over LOTS of people. Check him out like other posts suggest. It?s all true. We need to stop this crook and get our money back!!!!
