I would like to bring my mother and my brother who is dependent on my mother. My mother is 60 years old and my brother is 36. My brother is phisically good looking but he is mentally retarted. He understands certain things, he can watch after himself but can not read or write.
I am married and we have one child. I earn well in the company where I work and I live in Canada for about 20 years now. I would like to sponsor my mother and brother to come to Canada and I wonder what would be the best way to do that. I live in Ontario.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
