I am a PR in Canada but basically from India. I am getting married next month in India. My question is:
Can my Wife get a Visitor VISA to come with me to Canada?

Your wife can certainly apply for a visitor visa to accompany you back to Canada. You will also need to prepar to apply to sponsor her from within Canada for Permanent Residency once she´s here - if she intends to stay.
