Here is the good news..got the passport finally with entry visa stamped for six months accompanied by Landing Papers.
So my time line is
Application Mailed to CPC-M July 14th
CPC - M recd Application on July 24th
CPC - M Started Processing Aug 30th
Sponsorship Approval Letter recd on Sep 5th
File recd by CHC - Newdelhi sep 11th
Request for PCC recd from CHC - Newdelhi Sep 23rd
Request for Passport recd from CHC - New delhi Nov 16th.
Passport recd on 2nd december.
