When you get landed, come and work for me. Finding the information on transferring a file was great.
The reason for the change is the same for regulation 11. Hunting for the Visa post with the best processing times. When Hong Kong was reverting back to Chinese control SW, Business and other applicants submitted their application all over the world like in Havana. When the departmental regulation came down that all offshore applicants have to be interviewed they would call people for an interview and the applicant for $50.00 transfer their file back to their own Visa Post and be at the front of the line.

Hey Roy, can you give me that about the job in writing? :)
You know how a job offer could help my skilled worker PR application..
I am just kidding about the job, my area of interest is not even close to immigration, but on my quest to do the best I can to get my PR application approved, I ended up reading the CIC manuals many times.. over and over again.
You probably don´t remember this, but it was you who first told me about the CIC manuals and policies. It is your merit that I have learned so much about the Canadian immigration system. I am just like you, I hate misinformation and speculation, but I like to base my statements on pure facts.
Maybe some day we´ll meet in real life, would be my pleasure. Let´s just hope that my application will get approved before we reach retirement age..
In the meantime I´ll just listen to you, Sharon, wannabecanadian, Richard and other "regulars"´ precious advice. I help others too, but only when I am 110% sure that I have the correct answer.

Hi Uniden:
I would like to take your advise/opinion;
1. I don´t have any relative or friend in Canada. What Canadian address should I give?
2. Can we immediately enter US after getting the CORP stamped if one has a valid US work visa. If so, how many days do we have before we should enter Canada again to avoid loosing the PR.
