I was in USA for ten years and three months ago i moved to Canada as an international student. DO i need to submit a US police verification with my immigration application?
please help.

Hi - Yes, you are required to submit at least an FBI clearance and, depending on what type of application you are filing, you may have to also submit a State clearance from every US State in which you resided for more than six months. If you´re filing from outside Canada check Appendix B in the Region Specific forms for your region for further instructions on whether to include State clearances as well as an FBI clearance. I believe if you are filing an inland application you will be required to submit State clearances as well as the FBI clearance.
