Subject: PR through CIC Buffalo with Arranged Employment

Hi:

I filed my PR application at the CIC Buffalo office in Feb 2006 and recieved a letter confirming the reciept of my application and stating that the processing of my application started on the 6th March 2006. When should i expect to hear from them?

About my application:
- All Post-secondary education from a Canadian public funded institution
- All work experience claimed on the application is from Canada
- Working in Canada since Jan 2005
- Got a HRSDC positive Labour market opinion survey in Nov 2005
- Currently working in the same position, same company

Is the PR process faster for federal skilled workers with HRSDC positive LMO?
