Friends,
I am really getting frustrated about this...
I applied for the fingerprint more than 14 weeks back. I didn´t get yet.
Meanwhile my deadline for submitting documents passed. I could sent only the medicals and bank statements.
Now I am bit worried if they reject my application because of FBI.
Anyone like me???? Please reply.

I have heard from others that they let CIC know in advance about the potential delayed return of the fingerprints by the FBI and it was Ok. CIC will understand and patiently wait for the FBI fingerprints, as long as you let them know that there is a problem with the timing. Such a case is beyond our control..
Please note that you have to tell CIC what the problem is, before they wrongfully assume that you did not include your FBI fingerprints because of your own negligence. Don´t let them assume anything! Write them or send them a Fax NOW! Mention your file# in your communication and elaborate on the reason for the delay. If I were you I would send Fax and in writing. Don´t leave anything to the odds... Have you ever heard of Murphy´s Law?!? Always tell yourself that "Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong"!
Your deadline has indeed passed, but you may still be able to save everything with a simple letter to CIC. Don´t let this application go to waste like that. I would kill myself if I made it that far and then let it go.. especially when it is up to ME to save everything.
