| Subject: choosing a distention |
Could anybody please let me know on what basis should anybody chooses his/her distention in Canada?
I wanna be safe by choosing the right distention before submitting my application.

What is a "distention"?
I actually had to look it up in the dictionary..
To distend means to expand, dilate, extend, swell.
So which one of them is it?
Are you looking to extend your status in Canada? ..Or maybe you mean "distinction", as to which category to file your application under, like "skilled worker", "provincial nominee", "..."?

I think he meant destination - as in city.

Sorry Sharon, I forgot the phonetical aspect of it all.. :)
In this case.. Well, my wife and I searched the Internet up and down and found this awesome city in Alberta. It is fairly new, has jobs and it is close to our Canadian relatives.
You can choose to settle anywhere in Canada. Everybody has their reasons why they would go there or some other place. Just put all reasons on the balance and decide for yourself. The best thing is: you don´t need to move to the place that you put on the application. You can land and decide that you would rather live in Toronto and not in Montreal. Nobody cares..
