I need a police clearance from kazakhstan, its been months since i have applied and they don´t respond to any of my applications, i explained the situation to canadian visa office, they didn´t give any response to that either. how do i go about for this problem..if anybody has any advice or solution to this problem.. plz reply back..

Go to the Kazakh embassy or consulate in the country you´re in and apply in person with associated fee. Every consular office of every country provides police clearance services for its citizens or residents. Doing this over the phone or by email may not get you a response.

We did that as well, we went in person to the kazakh embassy to apply. we call them every week to check what happen, they keep on saying that we send the application and kazakhstan didn´t send them anything back. we have been trying for over 3 months now.. one of our friend in kazakhstan went to the office in person, and they said.. they donno wht this is and they can´t help it. we donno wht else to do.

Go back and ask to speak with the Consul in person. Tell him this is an urgent matter and that you´d appreciate his assistance in getting this resolved. Explain that if this is a service offered by the consulate or embassy that it is their responsibility to follow through and find out why no results are coming back. You must be insistent yet polite and proceed logically.

Believe me we did that so many times..only thing they have to say is they are tryig their best and don´t get any response from kazakhstan wht can we do.
we we told him that this is urgent, he said " I can´t go their and get it for you, you have to wait".

Then just wait. The Polish consulate in Chicago told us it could take 3-4 months for my wife. When we then asked for exepdited processing to get the police clearance, they then electronically sent the request to the local city´s police office. We then got it in a month.
But in your case if you´ve exhausted all these requests, wait another month. You may also want to ask them to send a 2nd request, in case the 1st got lost in the bureaucracy.
