| Subject: Recruitment effort by employer? |
Is posting a job in the job bank online for Canada considered enough of an effort for the employer to recruit or do they also need a newspaper add?

how come it sounds like you make enough effort instead of your employer? your employer can prove that they make enough or not, then once HRSDC decided it´s yes, then it´s yes, otherwise no matter who insisted that we made, make no difference.
