my husband is in the states on a B2 visa, the visa is for 1o years.
he was permitted to stay for 2 years thats including extention.
since that we have goten married over a year now.
what is is his chances of him being interviewed in the states instead of him going back to his coundtry to be interviewed.
In other words will the immigration send him back to his country before
he could get his landed status. How long would it take him to get it.
And yes he have been sponspored but no response yet.
