Subject: For Roy.... Citizenship question |

While applying for Canadian Citizenship after three years of stay in Canada as a PR, do we need to apply for all of the family members or we can apply only who wants the citizenship?
My Son is a US citizen. We want him as a US citizen only. Also how can I apply Canadian citizenship for my Son without loosing US Citizenship?

(in reply to: For Roy.... Citizenship question) Is your son an adult?
US laws are just that US laws. Most of the US network News people stayed Canadian for years until after 9/11 Jennings JD Roberts and most of the 60 minutes crew. Its like the US military policy don´t tell.

(in reply to: For Roy.... Citizenship question) US and Canada both recognize and accept dual citizenship. You can keep your US Citizenship and still have Canada citizenship.
