Subject: For Roy.... Citizenship question
While applying for Canadian Citizenship after three years of stay in Canada as a PR, do we need to apply for all of the family members or we can apply only who wants the citizenship?

My Son is a US citizen. We want him as a US citizen only. Also how can I apply Canadian citizenship for my Son without loosing US Citizenship?

Is your son an adult?

US laws are just that US laws. Most of the US network News people stayed Canadian for years until after 9/11 Jennings JD Roberts and most of the 60 minutes crew. Its like the US military policy don´t tell.

US and Canada both recognize and accept dual citizenship. You can keep your US Citizenship and still have Canada citizenship.
