What country is your Mother in? The fastest way may not be the safest way but depending on your mothers personal circumstances you seem to have a great chance at an H&C but I would need to know far more about the two of you.

Read the manual Inland Processing IP5 section 5.1, 6.7, 6.8, 5.26 etc.

Then check the processing times of your mothers country of nationallity and compare the processing times of parents from other countries and if there is a good difference you will have good H&C grounds based on IRPA 3 (1) (f) and especially 3 (1) (d) but most important # (3) (d)

Now Rayane and others may not know this but the ones who answer 1-888-242-2100 are not Immigration Officers they just look at a computer screen and if you ask a difficult question they put you on hold to ask the real people.

You don´t meet the LICO but are you the same person who works in the states and drives back every night? If your not working and paying taxes H&C is your only route.
