| Subject: No acknowledgement for application |

i had submitted my application 9 months ago and i recieved acknowledgement and reciept for the money order i sent, 2 months ago i sent the additional money for adding my newly born daughter to my application, i did not recieve any acknowledgement from Buffalo..any similar cases..i have emailed them now..thanks for sharing your views

They usually do not acknowledge any subsequently paid fees. They only acknowledge receipt of application (AOR), where you get your file number. You either have to trust that they got any later paid fees, or email and ask.
