is it true that having travels in period of times and different visas in passport is a ground for delaying in process of PR visa?

if you stayed in those other countries long enough for CIC to run background checks (stay more than 6 months, i believe)- yes, since cic will run the checks in your homecountry and those OTHER countries, too.

CIC is also waiting on checks from Interpol, FBI, CIA and NSA now that there is cooperative immigration security agreement between the United States and Canada
