15 Days after Passport sent to LA

Subject: 15 Days after Passport sent to LA
  15 days have been lapsed after I sent passports to CIC, LA office.. I didn´t hear anything from them and I checked my online status which still shows - "In progress".. I keep checking USPS website with the tracking # I inserted with my original passport... but no luck... I am little nervous.. and worried.. Do you know when normally they process....
