Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Joelito Gardose a Filipino citizen and presently working in State of Kuwait from October 31, 2005.
My wife is sponsoring me to migrate in canada.
In this regard i have obtained already a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and Finger Print here in Kuwait.
And for the meantime Im also applying for Saudi Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), which I had been worked in this country since 1993 to 2000. can you give me an advice how to get and contact the Saudi
Emabassy. Thank you very much!

Certificates of no convictions are only available to current residents see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/police-cert/mid-east/saudi-arabia.html
Try sending two photos with a set of prints giving a friends address in the Kingdom and if that does not work inform the visa post and understand they already know this.

If you have lived and worked in Saudi Arabia you don´t need PCC. Canadian Govt. knows Saudis don´t issue PCC.

Thank you for your reply dated Sept 5, 2006 and yes i have lived and worked in Saudi.So if Saudi Arabia does not isssue the above subject, would you give an advice how to get the written explanation as stipulated in PCC form?
