Thanks for reply. CIC have mentioned that?? Canadiate meets also LICO. What is the reason to mention this in CAIPS? My wife and one child is part of my application. I didnt submit proof of fund. They have not asked for it. However, medicals reached CIC before two months. RPLF also reached during same time.
Apart from that, they have asked for SAUDI police clearance for myself and wife along with medicals. Unfortunaltely, we left saudi a year ago and now, myself in qatar and wife in india. we have lived in saudi for 6.5 yrs.So, i have submitted Qatar pcc+ RPLF+ indian pcc for my wife, along with updated IMM08 schedule 1/3.These documents have reached 20 days before. I have made a cover letter why i cant get saudi PCC as i left a year ago.Is there will be any probelm? CIC will start another back ground check. My caips shows back ground check started on 8/6/2005(obtained on 12/4/2006). I have lived in malaysia , india and saudi. Back ground check is still going on? Visa office is london.
Please advice.

YOU HAVE TO GET PROOF OF NO CONVICTIONS FROM ALL COUNTRIES SINCE THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN FOR MORE THEN SIX MONTHS
There is a form like this on page 15 fill it out http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3911e.pdf that you MUST send to the authorities in Saudia Arabia with fingerprints and two photos and they will mail results to you but its best that you give an address of a friend in the Kingdom. some times the local authorities will not pay to mail the proof out of their own country. There are rules that some refuse to ever overlook and some that are overlooked.
If your speeding and stopped not always will you get a ticket. Lots of times BG checks are completed and the CAIPS have not been updated. Look to your BF dates and that means they will not even pull the file out of records to then. Every visa post is different and have their very own procedures but are suppose to follow the main guide/manuals.
Try to get this and stop sending nice letters because they will write you get it.

Writing the authorities themselves may help.
