I got PPR last month and i got my Visa stamped 2 wees ago in detroit. Due to family emergency, i had to come to my home country (india). Now i would like to land in canada in september. Can i still land in canada from India? will they ask me why are u coming from india instead of US? Do i have to go to US and then land in canada?
Please advice...thanks

Canadian visa, as any country´ visa, regards entry only. From were you enter is your choice and your responsibility to make sure you have the appropriate documents/visas/passports to enter that country. If coming directly from India, I would think this is fine and not an issue.
