my HUSBAND´S file is processing in NEW DELHI, im the sponsorer and he had interview in APRIL,2006. and yet all together its 8 months now since file in INDIA. do you knw how long does that take and it they are saying investigating BACKGROUND CHECK, as my husband was in canada for 2 years on student visa..
and one more thing is how can i get CAIPS NOTES.
please let me knw.
