Does CAIPS really helps?? and does it delay the file process like they have to take out the file frm the pile of files and put it back on the top which delays the processing time??
how to apply for CAIPS?

CAIPS is a copy of the computer file created from your application. I would not bother with it unless you have been called for an interview (so you can get a sense of what they are concerned about )or an extended length of time has passed after your IA so you can find out what they are waiting for..

sharon is right but CAIPS does not delay your file processing at all because simply it comes from Ottawa´s computers and has nothing to do with your actual file.
