I am in the process of applying as a skilled worker. I was a lecturer in a university in country with my M. Phil. I am presently in the US on a Ph.D program. I have passed my candidacy and presently working on my desertation. I have since 2003 been a Graduate assistant in the department. I want to know if that experience will count. The appointment letter states that I am to work for twenty hours a week. I want to derive the maximum number of points for experience.
Secondly, If you have only only English as your official language and you score above 7 in the ielts for the four areas what will be your total points will it be 16 or 24.
Thirdly my daughter will be 18 in november and I plan to send my documents in August will her police report be neccessary after november?
