Immigration officer from LA called me and advised, they have received Mine and my spouse Medical however my son´s medical is missing. She advised me to call Dr and request him to send photocopy of Medical again. I talked with Dr and he is not willing to re-send medical unless written authorized by Canada office. She said this may delay your processing. Pls. advise.

what an idiot. ask your doctor to send a "copy" of the medicals you moron, not a fresh medicals. by law you are in your right to ask for a copy of the medicals to be sent. tell them you will pay for the courier charge etc. also ask him to include the details on when and how the original medicals were sent and done.

FYI:
Aviod CANVISA Immigration. I approached by this dude Roy Kellog; found from the forum and called him. His practices are rather unethical and doubtful. He was speaking by names about his clients - which I?m sure should be private and not disclosed to get business.
He even claims to be an ex immigration agent and says has contacts in the immigration where he can push case. Now that is utterly stupid; where I decided not to go with him. So eager ones don?t fall for the trap. Investigate before you spend your time and money.
