Subject: best way to inform changes to consulate
  Hi everyone,

I applied for the Skilled Worker permanent visa in Manila. My application is "In process" since Jan/2005.

In Jan/2006 I moved into a new home with my Canadian boyfriend. I also want to change my preferred city of destination due to our future plans together in Canada. So, what I want to update is: address, status and destination.

What´s the best (recommended) way to inform changes to your consulate? Should I use a letter/e-mail or should I send the application forms again, with the updated data?

Thanks for your attention and help.

Best is to:

1. Email or Fax &
2. Send a certified letter.
