| Subject: Visa office response to enquiry - plz advise |

on enquiring about status of my file I got the following response from NY office..
"We received the medical results for your spouse and son. We are only waiting for your medical results. Once we received your medical results we can proceed in processing your permanent residence visa"
My wife, son & I did my medicals at sametime with same DMP & were sent to Ottawa in the same envelope (as per the doc´s office).
What to do ?

try calling Ottawa - you should find a phone number if you search this website.

Ottawa # (613-941-2170) voice mail greeting says they don?t return calls to applicants, but I still left a message, no response yet.
