Hi,
I have a job offer to move on to Canada, I don´t want to accompany my spouse due to no longer relatioship. Now, I want to accompany my girlfriend. I´m not yet seperate because we did´nt have a Divorce law. What application can I apply to accompny my girlfriend with me...????

I would say a common law status for your girl will help, but you probably can not obtain that while still being married.

You will need to provide document supporting your separation from you ex, and also proof that you and your GF are together.

oh yah.. your right guys.... how if I tell them that my girlfriend is a relative that I want to accompany with?
I wounld´nt have such document of legal seperation since its very difficult in my country..
Can I accompany by a relative?
Most common way, are we leaving at the same time? If common parters was approved?
