i was advised of submitting updated proof of fund May.2006, and just wondering if this is the final process stage and how long i will still have to wait for PPR.
my timeline is as follows:
July.2004, application
Oct.2004, AOR
April.2005, interview waiver, medical, and additional docs
Oct.2005, docs required 2nd time due to one doc missing
May.2006, Updated proof of fund required
??????? PPR
any comments would be highly appreciated!

now you´re getting me worried even more as i applied on nov. 04. i did my medicals in feb. 06. i think the PPR depends more or less on the background checks but in your case since you did medicals so long ago, i´d imagine that the PPR will come soon.

i dont why immigration process takes too long when this country is badly in need of immigrants ......canadians are exploited by all the companies b.coz there is not much competeition Canada is a big country with a very small market.......there is monoply of some major firms on all the services of life and they are sucking the blood of canadians..............dont worry man...u will get it one day and then get ready for a long term unemployment and an expensive life in Canada.......i was as excited as u are now and its been 8 months already , i have no job in this country.........Good Luck to you......

i want to do any IELT (in reply to: Updated Proof of Fund)
hi..is it mandatory i do this IELTS exams before i can pply for candian immigration visa... i read that if you do not subit proof of IELTS exam score the CIC will award anymark they feel like which i think is very bad ....what can i do to evade this rash mark by the CIC
