Can anyone please advice how the ppr and landing procedures go for dependents if they are in the home country and the major applicant is in canada. should the major applicant forward the passport? should the major applicant go and join them and comeback together for landing? or can they land separately after visa is stamped?

They(dependents) can land on a later date as long as the principal applicant is in Canada.
THe Principal applicant has to land with or before the dependents.
