www.workopolis.com and www.monster.ca are good. If you´re looking to be a hospital manager you should look at HR pages on the hospital websites as well.

in addition to the sites given above, i think that jobfutures.ca is another good place to start. its all about research. also try limit your search to the areas that you want to live. canada is a really big place..2nd largest country.
