| Subject: New born immigration, help! |
i emailed buffalo about the new born in my family and they said that they will give me more information in the mail for getting them more documents for the new born. my question was will they ask for BANK STATEMENT or PROOF OF FUNDS?? Appreciate ur comments! Thanks

Hi there,
Can I ask you why should they ask for Bank Statement - well they might ask you to show if you have sufficient asset to support the new member in the Family - by the way congratulation for the new baby - But let us hope they dont ask because I know how much trouble if you are not prepared for this - However, usually they will ask you to provide Birth Certificate + Photos and I think they might ask for a medical test as well.

they will ask if you applied in SW class since your funds need to be in accordance with their chart/table PER family member
