If the baby of American parents is born in Canada, does that make the baby have Canadian citizenship?

if the baby has a canadian birth certificate. unless the parent is a diplomat. Jus terra
the baby is also an american citizen by being born to an american parent (jus sange)
Dual citiznship is OK.
