Any idea how long spousal sponsorship is taking from New Delhi ? Can I apply from New Delhi if I am working in US ( I ma an indian citizen) ?

who is sponsoring who?
where in the Canadian sponsor? Is the Sponsor a citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada?
essentially, if all is in order and the person being sponsored is an Indian national, then yes, the application can be processed in Delhi. However, al sponsorship applications must first go to Mississauga On.
