I RECEIVED THIS LETTER LESS THAN A MONTH AGO:


Dear Mr/mrs.
This refres to your application for the permanent residence in canada.
In order to determine if you comply with canadian immigration requirements. it will be necessary for you and your spouse to attend an interview at the Embassy at the following date and time:

DATE:....
TIME:....


On the day of the interview, please report to the immigrant receptionist in the Visa section of the Embassy. You will \be asked to present this letter along with your passport or another form of identification. In addition you must bring with you any document that were requested on the attached list.


You are required to confirm your attendance at the interview by sending a fax to 346566573647 or by leaving a message at the phone:545784787487, at least two weeks before the date of the interview. Please note that if you fail to confirm your attendance your interview time will be given to another applicant.

If you are unable to attend your interview due to extraordinary circumstances, please advise the Embassy immediately so that we can re-schedule your interview for the next available opening. Please note that if this is the second time that you have been invited, failure to attend this interview will result in refusal of your application, without exception.

- birth certificate
- marriage certificate
- certificate of change of name
- your diploma and transcripts
- labour book and reference letter from employer (for any position not recorded in the labour book)
- Original international Travel Passports for each member of family
- If you are common-law partners, you are required to present proof of uyour relationship (history of your relatioship, family photos,statements by witnesses, etc.) Evidence on electroniccarriers(such as CD-Roms, floppy disks, video, etc) is not accepted.
- If you are a Translator/Interpreter yu are required to present samples of your translations.
