I appeared in IELTS test after the 120 days time frame 3-4 months delay
I live in USA and I was asked to take the test long time ago but I didn?t bother to take the test but now when I heard that the file will stuck if you didn?t take the test so I appeared after the time frame they gave me will it effect in the immigration process.
I applied in skilled worker class I applied on 5th may 2005 and got the file # in 20th may 2005 and for the test I received a in june 2005 and I appeared in may 6 2006 and notarized the copy of result and send it to the Buffalo
Late test will effect in delay in process or cancel the application. I checked my status of my application online it says in process and no further letter I received from them.

you will be rejected if you have less than 67 points, which is the usual case if no IELTS is provided

It will not affect, since they have not yet made decision on your application they will take into consideration your test results.

With any luck, they will reject your sorry, lazy ass!

If you can´t work within CIC´s criteria, you sure as hell ain´t gonna cut it in the Canadian labour market. I mean, if your boss told you to have a paper concluded in 120 days, and it took you over 200, I doubt you would be employed for long.

For anyone else who is too lazy to accurately complete their application for immigration, please contain your sniffling when your rejections arrive.

Actually the for giving the IELTS test because the I hired a jackass lawyer he promised me the he will waive of the IELTS test and Interview just pay me my fee and also pay the landing fee so I paid his fee and also the landing fee and to date I didn?t received the receipt and when ever I ask him about the receipt he say that you will get it soon and also you will receive the waiver of test now when I called him he don?t pickup phone and by chance when he pick up the phone he says that we are working on your case and my friend told me the you have to give the IELTS test so that?s the reason I was late for giving the test

Did they (CIC) included your Test Results in your case assessment or not?
