Do you know if Ottawa requests for Additional medical test if I have past history of TB? or the X-Ray is just sufficient for them to rule out any active TB?
If necessary, does DMP make decision to ask for the additional test or they leave it to Ottawa´s decision?

I think you can talk to you DMP
I my case my DMP told me that if i had any serious problem they will contact me first before sending the report..

I have told my history to DMP. He looked at my old reports, but he did not ask for additional tests. They, offcourse, told me that they will call me if there is an issue.
My concern is that the Ottawa office may think differently and ask for additional test which probably delay the process. I just want to know if DMP is trained to proactively ask for addional test? he/she leaves it to Ottawa´s decision?

The decision always depends on the VISA officer to decide if those test are enough to decide and will give final decision or he might need additional tests. TB decision based on humaniterian law act and nothing else.
