Subject: Immigrant Visa
I had applied for Permanent Residency and I was granted "Immigrant Visa" last week along with "Confirmation of Permanent Residency". My immigrant visa expires on 2-Aug-06.

I currently reside in USA and cannot immediately immigrate to Canada. Can you please let me know what do I need to do to keep my options open to immigrate to Canada in future.

It took a while to get it. Enter Canada and leave, otherwise you will have to start all over again to get it.

If you enter Canada and leave, what address in Canada do you give them? They need that in order to send permanent resident card.
