Hi Guys:
I received my IA no Interview required they want my wife & I to go ahead and do the medicals.
They sent me form IMM 1017 (Section A) for each one of us. They said the docotr have to submit Section B,C,D & E. They did not attach Sections B,C,D,E (FORM IMM 5419) in the forms; however they said the doctor must sumbit form IMM 5419 (B,C,D,E) on CD ROM & Form IMM 1017 (Section A:which I have) to ottawa.
1. Do I expect that the Doctor have IMM 5419 (SECTION B,C,D,E ) & HAS IT ON A CD ROM FORMATE ??
2. In the IA they did not mention that we have to pay the Immigration Landing Fees CAD$490 for each?? Do I pay now or wait
till they ask??
Please give me your thoughts.

1) when you call the doctor to make an appt, ask him
2) you can pay now and send the bank receipt or you can wait until they ask you to pay it

They will only send you Section A.
Doctor will take care of everthing else.Don´t worry about it take at appointment with the designated doctor. Take Section A and proof of ID to the doctor.
You can either pay it now, or at the time
of PP request.

Jowsie Texan when did ur file xfer to LA? Don`t worry man im sure you will get it so soon..I have heard that there are still a few with Feb.06 time line still waiting.. on the way.. when is ur AOR?
