| Subject: Immigration to Canada with Italian citizenship ? |
Hi I have Italian citizenship (dual Italian/Argentina)
I was wondering if there is any immigration advantage
on that since Italians do not need a visa to enter canada.

all ppl are treated the same for the pr process be it italians,or US citizens.....normal process takes place...

I think you mean if there are any advantages to immigrate to Canada.
Yes.
1) The Canadian economy is growing faster than that of Italy, to work you need either work permit or PR. Visa-waiver only alows you to visit but not work.
2) Once you become candian citizen, the american job market is also accessible to you since you can work in the US on TN Visa.
On a personal note, I would like you to immigrate to Canada,
since The Italians are not only good looking in appearance they are also very nice people over all.

Thank you both for your opinions.
I am currently on the US and planning to graduate this year I am wondering if it is good advise to start the process here since it is possible that I will get back to my cauntry or if I should start the papaerwork from there.
In that case what papers do I need to collect before leaving ?
For example for How long a police certificate stays valid?

You can either do it hear or from Italy, if you are planning to leave for Italy soon, I will advise to do it from there. Taking FBI clearance from US makes sence but it is valid only for one year. I think it will not be a problem to apply for FBI clearance from US consulate in Italy.
