| Subject: Why is Employees' Proces faster than others? |

Do you guys share my view that the process is faster for those on work permit in Canada than for others, such as int. students?
I see this happens several times and on this web, someboy posted that he/she got the ppr but the my timeline suggests that i should get first. The person mentions that he/she is on work permit. I have many other friend whose processes were fast because of the work permit.
But, the ironly is that every international studnet is entitled to work permit from now onwards. So, how does this fit into the CIC´s practice? Why don´t they just process files in its respective timeline regardless? I mean, I understand that some applicants might have complecated situations which makes them special.
