Hi Guys,
Today my waiting is over! Got PPs back with shiny visa. Date stamped Apr 17th. Funny thing is no update yet on CA post website!!
Timeline:
App - Oct 2004
IA - Oct 2005
Meds sent - Dec 2005
ECAS 1 - Meds received - Mar 14
PPR - Mar 16
PP rec by Buff - Mar 24
PP back - Apr 25
Will kkep you guys posted regarding my landing experience!

Its exactly one year from the date on which i did my medicals..means Nov 30th.
