| Subject: Work Sponsor Visa/Migrate in Canada |

I was just deported from USA. I would like to know if I will have difficulty on getting a working visa to Canada? Please help. I am married to a US Citizen. I am just waiting for her I-130 and it might take awhile to approve. It might take 2 years. So, I am thinking of going apply for a working visa in Canada so I will be more closer to my wife.
I am even thinking applying to immigrate in Canada. Is this possible?

I am sorry to hear about your situation, it must be very difficult to be away from your love ones. I think you can apply for Canada as long as you are legal resident from where you are applying from. Just make sure you have enough points too! and if you want you could look for some legal advice maybe? Good luck! and I hope everything works out for you!

I´M mexican i was deported from U.S.A to my country i was living in Dallas Texas for araund 10 years i´m married whit Peruvian and have two childrens 4 and 3 years born in U.S.A. I was tech in volswagen for 6 years I want to know if I have posivility to immigrate to Canada whit my family.I want let you know that
My ex company (VW of AMERICA ) is soliciting me to the V.W of Canada .
