Subject: Re-entry to U.S by road from Canada
  Hi,
I have a question related to the re-entry to the U.S. from Canada by road. Currenlty I am working in U.S with H1B petetion & I-94 till valid till 30/Sep/2008. But visa is expired on 2005. Now I need to travel to Canada. Can I travel to Canada and re-enter U.S with an expired visa and H1B petetion with I-94 valid upto 30/Sep/2008.
