dude PSDEC is paper screeening decision, 1 means you passed, next is BDEC, background decision, you also passed, that´s strange though, it means they did your background check way before they screen your papers, did you delay passing your documents? what does your SELDEC, MEDDEC, SDEC, CDEC and OREQ say?

yep, I changed job, they recieved my new post-graduated work permit on March 23,2006.
maybe I worry too much

Ok I got it now, you have passed SEC CRIM: 1 no security or criminal problems (whew), the problem is your SELDEC: 0 = Selection decision: pending, that means after your paper screening your points are still not enough or just barely hanging 67, PSDEC is T-11 next is SELDEC T-12 and since they proceed to other T-13 checks like SEC CRIM, OREQ=other requirements, BDEC=background checks, (this is good) this means they are still gathering more docs on how you can raise your points. If they prove your points already reach 67, they will pass your SELDEC and send out your IA together with your medical instruction forms. Did you ace your IELTS?
You need to get some more points dude even just 2. I suggest you take a crash course in French, take the exams, and update your application forms. That´s the easiest way. There are also other ways like you can score on some doctors or lawyers, impregnate them, make sure you marry them then update your docs. I´m not sure if that works on same sex marriages so be careful.

[**.141.164.250] Anonymous, No I´m not pro or affiliated with anything, but I got very good and expensive lawyers, I will only state what I know to be 80% sure. although I am trying to help, the last lines to DB are meant as jokes but it is possible though.

yep, language scores have already been mailed it to them, but it just keeps missing, hopefully it will turn out soon. For some reason, my post-graduated work permit isn´t in there. sux.
